If you are unsatisfied with a product you can request for a exchange with a product or products of same value, or request for a refund. Do not use the product any further if used, as this might lead to us not refunding you.
If you received a damaged product, send us images of the defective product and we will arrange delivery of a new product after you send the defective one to us. After sending images and reporting to us, do not use the damaged or defective product, keep it in the state it was as best as you can.
We pay for all delivery fees if you are a customer that was based outside Lusaka upon the time of ordering and if we sent the order to a location outside Lusaka. This applies for those based in Lusaka who paid for delivery. If you are in Lusaka and kind enough to come to town, to return a product and/or for a replacement or a refund we'd be thankful.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns, exchanges and refunds are valid within 3 days after we deliver the products. We do not refund delivery fees.
